§ 2609. Discrimination in the issuance of performance or surety bonds.\nNo person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of issuing\nperformance or surety bonds shall refuse to issue such a bond to any\nperson, firm or corporation, solely because of the race, creed, color,\nsex, national origin, age or marital status of the applicant.\n
