Mental health and substance use disorder parity compliance programs

* § 344. Mental health and substance use disorder parity compliance\nprograms. Penalties collected for violations of section three thousand\ntwo hundred sixteen, three thousand two hundred twenty-one and four\nthousand three hundred three of this chapter related to mental health\nand substance use disorder parity compliance shall be deposited in a\nfund established pursuant to section ninety-nine-hh of the state finance\nlaw.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2027\n * § 344. Mental health and substance-related and addictive disorder\nparity compliance programs. Penalties collected for violations of\nsection three thousand two hundred sixteen, three thousand two hundred\ntwenty-one and four thousand three hundred three of this chapter related\nto mental health and substance-related and addictive disorder parity\ncompliance shall be deposited in a fund established pursuant to section\nninety-nine-hh of the state finance law.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2027\n
