§ 151. Publishing calendars in Monroe county. The justices of the\nsupreme court elected in the seventh judicial district, or a majority of\nthem, shall designate a daily paper published in the city of Rochester,\nin which shall be printed day calendars of the courts of record held in\nand for the county of Monroe and the city of Rochester as may be\nspecified by the clerks of such courts respectively, under the orders of\nsuch courts.\n
