§ 154. Duty of supreme court justices in first judicial district to\nenforce rules made by appellate division of first department. It shall\nbe the duty of every justice of the supreme court in the first judicial\ndistrict to enforce the rules made by the appellate division in the\nfirst department pursuant to section seventy-eight of this chapter and\nto require the commissioner of public works to do all acts necessary to\ngive full force and effect to such of said rules as relate to the\nmanagement and protection of the court-houses and court-rooms of the\nsupreme court.\n
