§ 470. General provision as to construction, equipment and maintenance\nof places of public assembly. All places of public assembly as\nhereinbefore defined shall be so constructed, equipped and maintained as\nto provide reasonable and adequate protection to the lives, health and\nsafety of all persons employed or assembled therein.\n
