§ 673-a. Farm workers; mandatory work agreements. Notwithstanding the\nprovisions of any general, special or local law, rule or regulation to\nthe contrary, for the purpose of notifying each employee, in writing, of\nthe conditions of employment every employer shall utilize the farm work\nagreement prescribed by the commissioner.\n
