§ 829. Evaluation. The commissioner, in consultation with appropriate\nheads of departments, shall prepare and furnish to the legislature a\nreport, not later than one year after the effective date of this\narticle, on the centers established under this article, including:\n 1. A thorough assessment of each center;\n 2. Recommendations concerning the administration and expansion of such\ncenters;\n 3. A detailed statement of the findings and conclusions of the studies\nconducted under section eight hundred twenty-seven of this article; and\n 4. Such recommendations for legislative or other action as the\ncommissioner may consider appropriate.\n
