§ 853. Report. The department shall be responsible for the preparation\nof the annual report to the secretary of labor describing those\nactivities of the workforce investment board taken to comply with the\nrequirements of the federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (P.L.\n105-220), as well as a report to the governor and legislature describing\nsuch activities, on or before the first day of January, two thousand one\nand on the first day of January in each consecutive year thereafter.\n
