§ 885. Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. "Board" shall mean the New York state occupational safety and\nhealth hazard abatement board created pursuant to the provisions of\nsection twenty-seven-a of this chapter.\n 2. The term "program" shall mean the training and education program on\noccupational safety and health created pursuant to the provisions of\nsection eight hundred eighty-six of this article.\n 3. The term "fund" shall mean the training and education program on\noccupational safety and health fund created pursuant to the provisons of\nsection ninety-seven-c of the state finance law.\n
