§ 86. Administrative regulations review commission. There is hereby\ncreated an administrative regulations review commission to consist of\ntwo members of the senate to be appointed by the temporary president of\nthe senate, two members of the assembly to be appointed by the speaker\nof the assembly, one member of the senate to be appointed by the\nminority leader of the senate and one member of the assembly to be\nappointed by the minority leader of the assembly. The temporary\npresident of the senate and the speaker of the assembly shall each\nappoint a co-chairman from among the commission membership. Any\nvacancies shall be filled in the same manner as the original\nappointment. Such appointees shall serve at the pleasure of the\nrespective legislative member making such appointment.\n
