Action by finance board

Official statutory text

§ 160.00 Action by finance board. Whenever in this chapter the\nfinance board is empowered or required to act, and no proportion of\nvoting strength for such action is prescribed, such action shall be\ntaken by at least a majority vote of the voting strength of such finance\nboard.\n
