§ 163.00 Record of obligations. a. The chief fiscal officer in\ncounties and cities, the clerk in towns and villages, the clerk or\nsecretary or such other officer as the finance board shall designate in\nschool districts and district corporations, shall keep a complete record\nof each issue of bonds and notes, which shall include:\n 1. The type thereof.\n 2. The amount thereof.\n 3. The number of obligations in the issue.\n 4. The rate of interest thereon.\n 5. The date of issue thereof.\n 6. The date of maturity of each obligation in the issue.\n 7. The date of adoption of the resolution or resolutions, if any,\npursuant to which the obligations are issued.\n
