Methamphetamine awareness and education program

§ 19.27 Methamphetamine awareness and education program.\n The office shall serve as the principle source for the statewide\ndissemination of information on methamphetamines. The office shall\nestablish a methamphetamine awareness and education program that shall\ninclude but not be limited to providing information about the dangers of\nmethamphetamine production and use and how to report suspected\nmethamphetamine laboratories. Such information shall be made available\nto the following individuals and groups: chemical dependence prevention\nprograms; child protective services; social services; schools;\ncommunity-based organizations; chemical dependence treatment programs;\nhealth care providers; emergency services personnel (including police,\nfire fighters and ambulance personnel); and other entities or\nindividuals deemed appropriate by the office.\n
