§ 29.03 Continuity of authority. For the purpose of succession to all\nfunctions, powers and duties transferred to the office by the provisions\nof this act, the office shall be deemed and held to constitute the\ncontinuation of the board, trust, council or commission from which such\nfunctions, powers and duties were so transferred.\n
