§ 1020-gg. Energy plan. The authority shall complete a biennial energy\nplan in accordance with the provisions of article six of the energy law.\nIn addition to any requirements of article six of the energy law, the\nauthority shall provide copies of its biennial energy plan to the\ngovernor, the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the\nassembly, the chair of the assembly committee on energy and the chair of\nthe senate committee on energy and telecommunications. Further, the\nauthority shall cooperate and participate in the state energy planning\nprocedures as enumerated in article six of the energy law.\n
