§ 1045-w. Interest in contracts prohibited. It shall be a misdemeanor\nfor any member or any officer, agent, servant or employee of the\nauthority or of the water board to be in any way or manner interested,\ndirectly or indirectly in the furnishing of work, materials, supplies or\nlabor, or in any contract therefor which the authority or the board, as\nthe case may be, is empowered by this title to make.\n
