§ 1147-t. Arbitration of disputes. In the event any dispute arises\nrelating to the construction, improvement, extension, operation, funding\nor any other matter pertaining to the providing of sewer facilities or\nthe operation of the sewer system and which any village or town wholly\nor partially within the boundaries of the authority has the right to\nparticipate in determining if, when and how the carrying out of that\nconstruction, improvement, extension, operation, funding or any other\nmatter pertaining to the providing of sewer facilities or the operation\nof the sewer system shall be undertaken then such dispute shall be\nresolved by arbitration in the manner provided in article seventy-five\nof the civil practice law and rules.\n
