Rensselaer county water and sewer district

§ 1199-b. Rensselaer county water and sewer district. There is hereby\ndefined and established an area to be known as the "Rensselaer county\nwater and sewer district" which shall embrace all the territory located\nwithin the county of Rensselaer that is not, as of the effective date of\nthis title, located within the incorporated limits of a city.\n
