* § 1199-cc. Orange county water district. There is hereby defined and\nestablished an area to be known as the "Orange county water district"\nwhich shall embrace all the territory located within the county that is\nnot, as of the effective date of this title, located within the United\nStates Military Reservation at West Point. After the establishment of\nthe Orange county water district, such district shall have such powers\nas are provided in and shall be governed in accordance with the\nprovisions of article five-A of the county law, including, without\nlimitation, the power to enter into contracts, and carry out the terms\nthereof, with the city of New York, the New York city municipal finance\nauthority, New York city water board, or any agency or instrumentality\nthereof, for the purchase of water.\n * NB There are 2 § 1199-cc's\n
