* § 1199-ss. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the\nprovisions of section five of article ten of the constitution, the\naccounts of the authority shall be subject to the supervision of the\ncomptroller. The authority shall annually submit to the governor and\nstate comptroller and to the state legislature a detailed report\npursuant to the provisions of section two thousand five hundred of title\none of article nine of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be\nfiled with the county executive. The authority shall comply with the\nprovisions of sections two thousand five hundred one, two thousand five\nhundred two, and two thousand five hundred three of title one of article\nnine of this chapter.\n * NB There are 2 § 1199-ss's\n
