§ 1207-c. Required redemption of bonds. Notwithstanding and in\naddition to any provisions for the redemption of bonds which may be\ncontained in any contract with the holders of bonds, either the state of\nNew York or the city may, upon furnishing sufficient funds therefor,\nrequire the authority to redeem as a whole any issue of the bonds at the\ntime or times and at the place or places and in accordance with the\nterms upon which such bonds are redeemable.\n
