"Upper Mohawk Valley regional water board"
Official statutory text
§ 1226-bb. "Upper Mohawk Valley regional water board". For the benefit\nof the Upper Mohawk Valley and the inhabitants thereof, a water board to\nbe known as the Upper Mohawk Valley regional water board is hereby\nestablished for the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes\nspecified in title ten of article five of this chapter. It shall have\nthe powers and duties now or hereafter conferred by title ten of article\nfive of this chapter upon a water board. It shall be organized in a\nmanner prescribed by and be subject to the provisions of title ten of\narticle five of this chapter. The water board, its members, officers and\nemployees and its operations and activities shall in all respects be\ngoverned by the provisions of title ten of article five of this chapter.\n
