Rochester-Genesee regional transportation district

§ 1299-cc. Rochester-Genesee regional transportation district. 1.\nThere is hereby created and established a transportation district to be\nknown as the Rochester-Genesee regional transportation district. This\ndistrict shall embrace the county of Monroe and such of the following\ncounties as may elect to become members by action of their governing\nbodies: all counties included within the Lake Ontario region as\ndesignated by the New York state office of planning services, namely,\nGenesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne and Yates, and any\ncounty contiguous to this region. The transportation district shall also\ninclude all lands and water and all lands under water and all rivers,\nbays and harbors and Lake Ontario, within any of the counties of said\ndistrict.\n
