§ 1681-a. Distribution of board materials. On or before November\nfirst, nineteen hundred ninety-five, the authority shall provide to the\nchair of the senate finance committee and the chair of the assembly ways\nand means committee, copies of all board-adopted guidelines, if any,\nrelated to the financing, underwriting and programmatic review of\nprojects related to each program of the authority. Thereafter, all\nmaterials, including but not limited to, authority board agendas and all\nattachments thereto, shall be provided to the chair and ranking minority\nmember of the senate finance committee and the chair and ranking\nminority member of the assembly ways and means committee at such time as\nthose materials are provided to board members.\n
