* § 2056. Civil service status of employees. The appointment and\npromotion of all employees of the authority shall be made in accordance\nwith the provisions of the civil service law and the rules of the Broome\ncounty civil service commission, and such employees shall be entitled to\nmembership in the county pension and retirement system, and shall be\nentitled to the same rights and obligations thereunder as the employees\nof the county.\n * NB Authority dissolved September 1, 1977\n
