* § 2062. New York state and Broome county not liable on bonds. The\nbonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the\nstate of New York or of the county of Broome, and neither the state nor\nthe county shall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any\nfunds other than those of the authority.\n * NB Authority dissolved September 1, 1977\n
