* § 212. Rules and regulations relating to park. The use of Bethpage\npark shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the commissioner\nof parks and recreation and the commission, as provided in the parks and\nrecreation law, in the same manner as if such property were a park or\nparkway in the ninth park region under the jurisdiction of the\ncommissioner of parks and recreation; provided, however, that the\ncommissioner of parks and recreation and the commission shall have no\nauthority to alter or change any of the facilities hereby placed under\nthe authority or do anything which will impair the security of the\nbondholders or violate limitations contained in any agreement with the\nbondholders.\n * NB (Abolished in 1975)\n
