Track, bridge, signal, station and other facility operation and maintenance

§ 2642-q. Track, bridge, signal, station and other facility operation\nand maintenance. The operation, maintenance and use of track, bridges,\nsignals, freight stations, passenger stations and other facilities shall\nbe public purposes of the authority and the participating counties. The\ntotal cost to the authority of operation, maintenance and use of each\ntrack, bridge, signal, freight station, passenger station and other\nfacility within the counties of the district located in the state and\nserviced by one or more railroad facilities of the authority or\ncorporations, including the buildings, appurtenances, platforms, lands\nand approaches incidental or adjacent thereto, shall be borne by the\nauthority.\n
