§ 2675-k. Agreements of the state. The state of New York does hereby\npledge to and agree with the holders of the bonds that the state will\nnot limit or impair the rights hereby vested in the authority to\nacquire, construct, maintain, reconstruct and operate its convention\nfacility, to establish and collect rentals, fees and other charges and\nto fulfill the terms of any agreements made with the holders of the\nbonds, or in any way impair the rights and remedies of the bondholders,\nuntil the bonds, together with interest thereon, including interest on\nany unpaid installments of interest and all costs and expenses in\nconnection with any action or proceeding by or on behalf of the\nbondholders, are fully met and discharged.\n
