In such event, separate\nspecifications shall be prepared for, and separate and independent\ncontracts shall be entered into, for the following three subdivisions of\nwork to be performed: (a) plumbing and gas fitting; (b) steam heating,\nhot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus; and (c)\nelectric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures.\n 2. The authority may reject any\nbid, if, in its judgment, the business and technical organization,\nplant, resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder\njustifies such rejection in view of the work to be performed.\n 3. Personal service contracts entered into by the authority shall be\nsubject to the provisions of section twenty-eight hundred seventy-nine\nof this chapter.\n
