§ 2799-iii. City notice required. Notwithstanding any inconsistent\nprovision of this title, no project having an aggregate cost exceeding\nten million dollars, including but not limited to the acquisition of\nreal property by the authority or the expansion of the authority's\naviation facilities, may be undertaken by the authority unless the\nauthority has provided notice of such project to the Syracuse common\ncouncil and the mayor.\n
