§ 3646. Applicability of laws. The provisions of this title shall be\nsubject to the provisions of the civil practice law and rules, the\npublic health law, the mental hygiene law, the social services law, the\neducation law, and any other applicable law or regulation, including any\namendment thereto; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall\nrequire the county or corporation to seek approval or consent for any\ntransfer pursuant to sections thirty-six hundred thirty-two and\nthirty-six hundred forty-four of this title.\n
