§ 838. Repayment of state appropriation. The moneys appropriated by\nchapter eight hundred forty-seven of the laws of nineteen hundred\nthirty-five and expended, shall be repaid by the authority into the\nstate treasury, when the cost of acquisition, construction and\nimprovement of such markets, market sites and market facilities shall\nhave been fully paid and the debt or debts created by the authority for\nsuch purposes amortized.\n
