§ 44. Signature on authority bonds. In case any of the members or\nofficers of the authority whose signatures appear on any bonds or\ncoupons shall cease to be such members or officers before the delivery\nof such bonds, such signatures shall, nevertheless, be valid and\nsufficient for all purposes, the same as if they had remained in office\nuntil such delivery.\n
