§ 1168. Construction contracts; designations. The contracts for the\nconstruction of eligible projects constructed and financed pursuant to a\nfinancing agreement shall be subject to the requirements and provisions\nof article fifteen-A of the executive law and, for such purposes, any\nsuch contract shall be considered a "state contract" and the department\nshall be the "contracting agency" for each such contract.\n
