§ 1387. Contracts. The commissioner of health is authorized to enter\ninto contracts and agreements with individuals, corporations and\nmunicipalities to perform the study herein directed to alleviate the\nspecific hazard to which the general public or members thereto may be\nexposed as the result of toxic substances emanating from landfills.\n
