Official statutory text
§ 2162. Poliomyelitis; application of statute; city of New York.\nNotwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or any other\ngeneral, special or local law, the terms "local board of health" and\n"health officers" as used in sections two thousand one hundred sixty and\ntwo thousand one hundred sixty-one of this chapter shall include the\ndepartment of health of the city of New York.\n
