* § 3398-o. Laboratory testing. Every cannabinoid hemp processor shall\ncontract with an independent commercial laboratory to test the hemp\nextract and products produced by the licensed processor. The\ncommissioner shall establish the necessary qualifications or\ncertifications required for such laboratories used by licensees. The\ncommissioner is authorized to issue rules and regulations consistent\nwith this article establishing the testing required, the reporting of\ntesting results and the form for reporting such laboratory testing\nresults. The department has authority to require licensees to submit any\ncannabinoid hemp, hemp extract or product derived therefrom, processed\nor offered for sale within the state, for testing by the department.\nThis section shall not obligate the department, in any way, to perform\nany testing on hemp, cannabinoid hemp, hemp extract or product derived\ntherefrom.\n * NB Repealed 6 months after the full cannabis control board created\nby Article 2 of the cannabis law has been appointed\n
