§ 380. State park health district; establishment. The commissioner may\nin his discretion, from time to time, create health districts comprised\nexclusively of lands lying within the boundaries of a state park by\nfiling in the office of the secretary of state an order defining\ngenerally the boundaries of such district or districts.\n
