Official statutory text
§ 49. Residential steam service. The rights and responsibilities of\ncustomers receiving residential steam service from steam corporations\nshall be substantially comparable to those of gas and electric customers\nunder this article. The commission shall take such actions as it deems\nnecessary and proper to achieve this objective.\n
