§ 68-a. Statements of nature and extent of interests to be filed upon\nrequest. Whenever any person or corporation signs or certifies any\nestimate, appraisal, report, or other statement, to be submitted to the\npublic service commission in relation to any public utility company, in\nwhich such person or corporation is or has been financially interested,\ndirectly or indirectly, or is or has been employed in any manner or\ncapacity, or of which such person is or has been an officer or employee,\nthe commission in its discretion, may require that such signature or\ncertification shall be accompanied by a specific statement setting forth\nthe nature and extent of such interest or engagement.\n
