Aggravated criminal sale of cannabis

§ 222.65 Aggravated criminal sale of cannabis.\n A person is guilty of aggravated criminal sale of cannabis when he or\nshe knowingly and unlawfully sells cannabis or concentrated cannabis\nweighing one hundred pounds or more.\n Aggravated criminal sale of cannabis is a class C felony.\n
