§ 60.00 Applicability of provisions.\n 1. The sentences prescribed by this article shall apply in the case of\nevery offense, whether defined within or outside of this chapter.\n 2. The sole provision of this article that shall apply in the case of\nan offense committed by a juvenile offender is section 60.10 of this\narticle and no other provisions of this article shall be deemed or\nconstrued to apply in any such case.\n
