§ 333. Pre-lease availability of sample form of agreement. 1. The\nlessor of a motor vehicle shall make a blank sample copy of its current\nform of retail lease agreement readily available for examination by\nprospective lessees by:\n (a) Furnishing it upon request prior to the consummation of a retail\nlease transaction; and\n (b) Posting in its place of business a sign stating that a blank\nsample copy of its form of retail lease agreement is available upon\nrequest.\n 2. An assignee who has prepared a form of retail lease agreement that\nis used by a lessor shall provide the lessor with blank sample copies of\nthat form of agreement which the lessor may use to comply with the\ndelivery requirement imposed upon it by paragraph (a) of subdivision one\nof this section. An assignee who does so shall have no liability if the\nlessor to whom those materials are provided fails to comply with this\nsection.\n
