§ 525. Statewide transmission. Subject to the general limitations of\nthis article, the provisions of its plan of operation and the rules and\nregulations of the commission, each regional corporation may provide for\ndirect transmission of off-track wagering information to a track within\nits region for the purpose of creating a joint or combined pool as\nrequired by section five hundred twenty-three of this article.\n
