Organization of a free Methodist church

§ 225-a. Organization of a free Methodist church. It shall be lawful\nfor any number of persons, not less than six, with the consent of the\ndistrict superintendent of the district in which the proposed church is\nto be located, to organize a free Methodist church and to procure its\nincorporation. Said church, when so organized, shall be subject in all\nmatters of church government and ecclesiastical polity to the\ndiscipline, rules, usages and ministerial appointments of the Free\nMethodist Church of North America, as from time to time authorized and\ndeclared by the general conference of said church and the annual\nconference within the bounds of which such church may be situated.\n
