§ 450. Application. 1. This article applies to any unincorporated\nchurch, church school, seminary or other organization affiliated with\nthe Coptic Orthodox Church and to any heretofore incorporated church or\nbody, so affiliated, which desires to reincorporate pursuant to this\narticle.\n 2. Nothing hereinafter provided shall prevent or prohibit any\nheretofore incorporated church or body, affiliated with the Coptic\nOrthodox Church from maintaining and continuing the relationship with\nsuch church or body enjoyed at the time of the effective date of this\narticle should such church or body determine not to reincorporate\npursuant to this article.\n
