§ 259-c. Provision in lease of real property for waiver of trial by\njury in actions for personal injury or property damage. Any provision in\na lease, executed after the effective date of this act, that a trial by\njury is waived in any action, proceeding or counterclaim brought by\neither of the parties thereto against the other in any action for\npersonal injury or property damage, is null and void.\n
