§ 339. Filing fees. Each filing made pursuant to section three hundred\nthirty-seven-a of subdivided lands situated outside the state of New\nYork shall be accompanied by a filing fee of seven hundred fifty dollars\nplus an additional fee of ten dollars for each lot to be offered in\nexcess of seventy-five lots.\n
