Notice to commissioner of motor vehicles

* § 344-e. Notice to commissioner of motor vehicles. Upon payment of\nthe fees provided by law and recordation of the affidavit of affixation,\nthe recording officer shall endorse the affidavit as "recorded in land\nrecords", setting forth thereon the indexing information for the\naffidavit of affixation and the recording officer shall forthwith\nforward the recorded original affidavit of affixation to the person\ndesignated therein for filing with the commissioner of motor vehicles.\n * NB Effective December 12, 2026\n
